Some of us like the frenzy of juggling 20 things at a time, some need a 2nd set of helping hands, and some prefer to delegate details and be dazzled the moment they step through the door. Either way, the most important elements to preserve is your sanity and joy the day of the event. Our goal is to assist with as much or little you desire, making sure that when the anticipated date comes, you trust we are working hard so that you don’t have to! Your only job is to soak in every moment, be the star of the show, and have the time of your life.
Anticipate Which Package Suits You…
Anticipate Full Service:
Do you have the vision, but need help seeing it come to life? Are you at a loss on where to begin? Let us walk with you the entire way. From the first meeting, the partnership will begin. We’ll take care of the details, and offer expert advice as you make the decisions. All elements will be covered, from dress fittings & cake tastings to venue bookings & final vendor confirmations. Of course, all aspects of a rehearsal and day of event will be fully managed by us so that you can relax and enjoy.
“Month of” Anticipation:
You can manage the details for a while, but want some help to the finish line. Let’s meet 6 weeks prior to your event date for a “hand-off” of duties. Feel your stress decrease? Anticipate Weddings & Events will take over the planning from where you left off. All aspects of your event will be handled up until, and of course on the day of!
Anticipate “Day of” Help:
You are capable of the planning, but the last thing you want is to worry about the details and execution at the event. This is where Anticipate steps in. Let us be the extra hands you need. Let your friends and family enjoy the day along side you. Anticipate associates will manage all details of the rehearsal and day of event from décor execution to your grand entrance to the final follow up’s. Collaboration begins 2 weeks from your event date, in order for Anticipate to become experts on how you want your event to run.
Anticipate A la Carte:
Need help in a pinch? Have you lost enough sleep yet? If you could just have someone tackle that last project….use us! Anticipate will jump in and help with any and all details from addressing invites, running errands, finishing party favors, or putting a master schedule of events together. You tell us what you need.
